  • 4 x 225 gram (8 ounce) chicken portions

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 sweetcorn cobs

  • 4 teaspoon Piri Piri Seasoning

  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper

  • 1 Make deep cuts into each chicken portion. Brush 1 tbs oil over the chicken and grill for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • 2 Meanwhile, boil the sweetcorn in lightly salted water for 15 minutes. Brush with a little extra oil. Grill for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • 3 Sprinkle the Piri Piri Seasoning over the cooked chicken, pour over the lemon juice and grill for a further 2 minutes.
  • 4 Serve with the sweetcorn and garnish with grilled lemon wedges.
