Fragrant tikka spices infused with sliced chicken and vegetables make these a winner for the whole family.
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 450 grams (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced

  • 1 sachet Schwartz Sizzling Tikka Wrap It Recipe Mix

  • 1 tablespoon tomato purée

  • 150 millilitres (1/4 pint) semi-skimmed milk

  • 1 pack wraps or chapattis

  • 1 Heat oil and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until browned.
  • 2 Add onion and peppers and fry for a further 4-5 minutes.
  • 3 Sprinkle over sachet contents and tomato purée. Stir for 30 seconds, then add milk to the pan and allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • 4 Serve in warm wraps or Indian style chapattis.
  • 5 Load your wraps with extra flavour… Great served with baby spinach, mango chutney, natural yoghurt and halved cherry tomatoes.
