Sizzling Tikka Wrap

1 tablespoon oil

450 grams (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

1 yellow pepper, sliced

1 tablespoon tomato purée

150 millilitres (1/4 pint) semi-skimmed milk

1 pack wraps or chapattis

Instructions
- 1 Heat oil and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until browned.
- 2 Add onion and peppers and fry for a further 4-5 minutes.
- 3 Sprinkle over sachet contents and tomato purée. Stir for 30 seconds, then add milk to the pan and allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- 4 Serve in warm wraps or Indian style chapattis.
- 5 Load your wraps with extra flavour… Great served with baby spinach, mango chutney, natural yoghurt and halved cherry tomatoes.
