A delicious quick stir fry chicken supper using Ginger and Garlic, great for all the family to enjoy.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes or until browned.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and fry for a further 2 minutes. Add the Ginger and Garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the stalks of the pak choy to the pan. Stir fry for 2 minutes, adding a splash of water if necessary.
Add the dry sherry, soy sauce and Crushed Chillies and cook for 3 minutes.
Now add the leafy part of the pak choy and stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve with rice.
