Ingredients
  • 125 millilitre (4 fluid ounce) soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoons Medium Curry Powder

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Cooking Paste

  • 450 gram (1 pound) chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 300 millilitre (1/2 pint) milk

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions

  • 1 Combine the soy sauce, Medium Curry Powder, honey and Easy Garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken and stir well until evenly coated.
  • 2 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes, stirring continuously until cooked.
  • 3 Add the milk and peanut butter and bring to the boil, stirring until smooth.
  • 4 Simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
