Thai Chicken Satay
Combine the soy sauce, Medium Curry Powder, honey and Easy Garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken and stir well until evenly coated.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes, stirring continuously until cooked.
Add the milk and peanut butter and bring to the boil, stirring until smooth.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
