Thai Chicken Satay

125 millilitre (4 fluid ounce) soy sauce

1 tablespoons Medium Curry Powder

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon Garlic Cooking Paste

450 gram (1 pound) chicken breasts, sliced

1 tablespoons oil

300 millilitre (1/2 pint) milk

2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions
- 1 Combine the soy sauce, Medium Curry Powder, honey and Easy Garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken and stir well until evenly coated.
- 2 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes, stirring continuously until cooked.
- 3 Add the milk and peanut butter and bring to the boil, stirring until smooth.
- 4 Simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
