  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 3 teaspoon Ground Cumin

  • 350 gram (12 ounce) pork fillet, cut into long strips

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 teaspoon Medium Curry Powder

  • 2 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) crunchy peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoons tomato purée

Instructions

  • 1 Thread the pork onto skewers and place under a pre-heated grill until browned and cooked throughout.
  • 2 Serve with the satay sauce.
  • 3 Blend 2 tsp oil with the soy sauce and 1 tsp Cumin. Add the pork and marinate for 1-2 hours.
  • 4 Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the onion, remaining Cumin, Curry and Chili Powder until softened. Add the remaining ingredients with 200 ml (7 fl oz) water. Cook gently for 5 minutes.
