Spicy Pork Satay

  • Thread the pork onto skewers and place under a pre-heated grill until browned and cooked throughout.

  • Serve with the satay sauce.

  • Blend 2 tsp oil with the soy sauce and 1 tsp Cumin. Add the pork and marinate for 1-2 hours.

  • Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the onion, remaining Cumin, Curry and Chili Powder until softened. Add the remaining ingredients with 200 ml (7 fl oz) water. Cook gently for 5 minutes.
