Spicy Pork Fajitas - spicy minced meat served in a tortilla wrap and cooled with soured cream.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion and Mild Chili Powder for 2-3 minutes. Add the minced pork and fry for 3-4 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with tortillas, soured cream and cheese.
