Spicy Pork Fajitas

1 tablespoons oil

1 onion, sliced

2 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder

350 gram (12 ounce) minced pork

1 red pepper, sliced

1 bunch spring onions, sliced

200 gram (7 ounce) tin kidney beans, drained and washed

3 tablespoons tomato ketchup

1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

To serve: flour tortillas or pitta bread, soured cream and grated cheese.

Instructions
- 1 Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion and Mild Chili Powder for 2-3 minutes. Add the minced pork and fry for 3-4 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2 Serve with tortillas, soured cream and cheese.
