Spicy Pork Fajitas - spicy minced meat served in a tortilla wrap and cooled with soured cream.
  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder

  • 350 gram (12 ounce) minced pork

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 1 bunch spring onions, sliced

  • 200 gram (7 ounce) tin kidney beans, drained and washed

  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup

  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • To serve: flour tortillas or pitta bread, soured cream and grated cheese.

  • 1 Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion and Mild Chili Powder for 2-3 minutes. Add the minced pork and fry for 3-4 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 Serve with tortillas, soured cream and cheese.
