Chocolate, Banana & Cinnamon Ice-cream

Great for making with the children this delicious ice-cream will be a winner with all the family. It's simple to make and only uses a few ingredients, but the end result is scrumptious. Great served in cups or on wafer cones for the children.
- 1 Set a bowl over the top of a pan of simmering water. Break the chocolate into squares and place into the bowl to gently melt.
- 2 Meanwhile, whisk the double cream with the icing sugar until thick and smooth.
- 3 Stir in the melted chocolate, Cinnamon and bananas.
- 4 Transfer to an airtight plastic container, cover and freeze for a couple of hours or overnight.
