Great for making with the children this delicious ice-cream will be a winner with all the family. It's simple to make and only uses a few ingredients, but the end result is scrumptious. Great served in cups or on wafer cones for the children.
Set a bowl over the top of a pan of simmering water. Break the chocolate into squares and place into the bowl to gently melt.
Meanwhile, whisk the double cream with the icing sugar until thick and smooth.
Stir in the melted chocolate, Cinnamon and bananas.
Transfer to an airtight plastic container, cover and freeze for a couple of hours or overnight.
