Spice up your life with this traditional winter warmer - it's the perfect drink for parties and cosy nights in over the holiday season. For the perfect balance of spices, our specially created Mulled Wine sachets blend all spice, orange peel, cassia, cloves and nutmeg for delicious festive flavour.

Top tip: add colourful wheels of orange for an extra burst of fruity flavour and a cinnamon stick to swirl.
  • 75 centiliter bottle red wine

  • 200 millilitre (7 fluid ounce) orange juice

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 sachets Mulled Wine Spices

  • 150 millilitre (1/4 pint) brandy

  • 1 orange, sliced


  • 1 Place the wine, orange juice, sugar and Mulled Wine Spice sachets in a large saucepan.
  • 2 Heat to just below boiling point and hold this temperature for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 Remove sachets. Stir in brandy and orange slices then serve.
