A King prawn, mushroom and pak choi stir fry seasoned with richly roasted Chinese spices.
STEP 1: Heat the oil in a hot wok, add the King prawns and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until prawns turn pink.
STEP 2: Add the pak choi stalks, mushrooms and Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Herb & Spice Blend. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 3: Add the rice wine, Thai fish sauce and pak choi leaves and stir fry for a further minute. Serve immediately.
