A King prawn, mushroom and pak choi stir fry seasoned with richly roasted Chinese spices.
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 250 grams King prawns, tail on

  • 200 grams pak choi, stalks separated from the leaves and sliced

  • 175 grams shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 tablespoon Chinese 5 Spice

  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing rice wine

  • 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce

Instructions

  • 1 STEP 1: Heat the oil in a hot wok, add the King prawns and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until prawns turn pink.
  • 2 STEP 2: Add the pak choi stalks, mushrooms and Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Herb & Spice Blend. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • 3 STEP 3: Add the rice wine, Thai fish sauce and pak choi leaves and stir fry for a further minute. Serve immediately.
