A delicious mix of fresh fish and hot chillies in a chunky tomato soup.
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 4 spring onions, chopped

  • 1 pouch

  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree

  • 600 millilitre (1 pint) fish stock or water

  • 450 gram (1 pound) mixed fish, such as prawns, tuna, calamari rings

  • 250 gram (9 ounce) microwave basmati rice

  • 1 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder

  • salt and black pepper

  • large pinch Dried Dill

  • lemon wedges to garnish

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions for 2 minutes.
  • 2 Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Spoon into bowls, sprinkle with dill and serve with lemon wedges.
