Oriental Salmon with Soy, Sesame and Ginger.

- 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the salmon and spring onions for 3-4 minutes.
- 2 Turn the salmon, add the Dark Soy, Sesame and Ginger Sauce and simmer gently for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has heated through.
- 3 Serve with Chinese egg noodles and garnish with red pepper.
