A simple, yet delicious recipe combining the great flavours of salmon, cream cheese, lemon and Dill, ideal for all the family to enjoy.
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8 rectangles approximately 18 x 11.5cm (7 x 4.5"). Cut the salmon equally into 8 pieces. Place each piece of salmon at the bottom of the pastry, leaving a 1cm (½ ") gap around the edges.
Sprinkle over the Perfect Shake Fish Special Blend. Divide the cream cheese into 8 and place on top of the salmon. Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg and fold over the pastry. Seal the edges well. Brush the parcels with egg and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crisp.
