Sesame Prawn Toasts
Pound the prawns to a paste using a potato masher, food processor or pestle and mortar. Gradually incorporate the egg, soy sauce, Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Special Blend and cornflour.
Spread the paste onto the bread then sprinkle with the Sesame Seeds, pressing them down firmly.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the bread on both sides, two at a time until crispy for 5-10 minutes.
Drain on kitchen towel then cut into eight to make cocktail size triangles.
