Prawn Toasts with Sesame Seeds

175 gram (6 ounce) cooked, peeled prawns

1 medium egg, beaten

1 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice

2 tablespoons cornflour

4 slices of white bread, crusts removed

4 tablespoons Sesame Seed

Oil for frying

Instructions
- 1 Pound the prawns to a paste using a potato masher, food processor or pestle and mortar. Gradually incorporate the egg, soy sauce, Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Special Blend and cornflour.
- 2 Spread the paste onto the bread then sprinkle with the Sesame Seeds, pressing them down firmly.
- 3 Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the bread on both sides, two at a time until crispy for 5-10 minutes.
- 4 Drain on kitchen towel then cut into eight to make cocktail size triangles.
