Mushrooms flavoured with Thyme and Black Pepper, perfect over hot toast for a tasty lunchtime snack.

15 gram (1/2 ounce) butter
250 gram (9 ounce) chestnut mushrooms, sliced
1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
Black Peppercorn Grinder , , to taste
4 slices toast
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place a pan over a medium heat add the butter and the mushrooms and fry until softened.
- 2 Add the Thyme, then grind generously with Black Pepper.
- 3 Serve over hot toast.
