Flour tortillas wrapped with cream cheese, smoked salmon and infused with dill and chives.
Mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, Dill, Chives and Black Pepper to form an even consistency.
Thinly spread the mix evenly onto entire surface of flour tortillas, cover the tortillas with smoked salmon then lightly spread more cheese over the top.
Roll tortillas tightly like a Swiss roll, wrap them tightly in cling film and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, slice the rolls in a straight followed by a diagonal fashion across the length to form these attractive canapés.
