Spicy Cajun Mini Prawn Kebabs

Add the hot and spicy flavours of Cajun cuisine to delicious prawns to make these sweet mini kebabs, great for the barbecue.

- 1 Place the prawns in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the Cajun Seasoning. Stir to coat evenly.
- 2 Thread the prawns, onions and pepper chunks onto cocktail sticks.
- 3 Cook under a pre-heated medium grill or on the barbecue for 3-4 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked throughout, turning occasionally.
