  • 450 gram (1 pound) prawns, defrosted if frozen

  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 teaspoon Grill Mates Cajun Marinade Mix

  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks

  • 1 red pepper, cut into chunks

  • 1 Place the prawns in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the Perfect Shake Extra Spicy Cajun Special Blend. Stir to coat evenly.
