Add the hot and spicy flavours of Cajun cuisine to delicious prawns to make these sweet mini kebabs, great for the barbecue.
Place the prawns in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the Perfect Shake Extra Spicy Cajun Special Blend. Stir to coat evenly.
Thread the prawns, onions and pepper chunks onto cocktail sticks.
Cook under a pre-heated medium grill or on the barbecue for 3-4 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked throughout, turning occasionally.
