Add the hot and spicy flavours of Cajun cuisine to delicious prawns to make these sweet mini kebabs, great for the barbecue.
  • 450 gram (1 pound) prawns, defrosted if frozen

  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks

  • 1 red pepper, cut into chunks

  • 1 Place the prawns in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the Cajun Seasoning. Stir to coat evenly.
  • 2 Thread the prawns, onions and pepper chunks onto cocktail sticks.
  • 3 Cook under a pre-heated medium grill or on the barbecue for 3-4 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked throughout, turning occasionally.
