450 gram (1 pound) prawns, defrosted if frozen

1 tablespoons olive oil

4 teaspoon Grill Mates Cajun Marinade Mix

1 red onion, cut into chunks

1 red pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions
- 1 Place the prawns in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the Perfect Shake Extra Spicy Cajun Special Blend. Stir to coat evenly.
- 2 Thread the prawns, onions and pepper chunks onto cocktail sticks.
- 3 Cook under a pre-heated medium grill or on the barbecue for 3-4 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked throughout, turning occasionally.
