Spiced Baked Bananas
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthways. Place in a shallow ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the sugar, Coriander, lemon juice and orange liqueur if using.
Break the Cinnamon Sticks in half and place on top of the bananas. Cover and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the bananas are just beginning to soften.
Serve hot with fresh cream or natural yoghurt as a dessert to any Indian meal.
