Shepherd‘s Pie

  • Transfer to an ovenproof dish and cover with potato. Cook for 20-25 minutes.

  • Serve with steamed green vegetables.

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.

  • Brown mince, onions and carrots in a saucepan for 4-5 minutes. Drain excess liquid. Mix sachet contents with water and add to pan with peas. Bring to the boil, stirring and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
