  • 1 turkey liver, chopped

  • 25 gram (1 ounce) butter, melted

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) mushrooms, chopped

  • 425 gram (15 ounce) tin chestnut purée

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) fresh breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs

  • 1 medium egg, beaten

Instructions

  • 1 Fry the liver gently in the butter until it turns brown. Place it in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients and combine thoroughly.
  • 2 Use the stuffing to stuff a turkey or chicken before roasting. It is not suitable for cooking separately, nor for freezing.
