Sprinkle this delicious mixture of coarse Sea Salt, Curry Powder, Chillies, dried mango and lime peel to add brightness and texture to vegetables, chicken, prawns, rice and more, before serving.
  • 50 gram (2 ounce) Sea Salt

  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil

  • ¾ teaspoon Curry Powder Medium

  • ¼ teaspoon Chilli Flakes

  • 2 tablespoons dried mango, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon lime peel, finely grated
