This super simple party treat is perfect for a classy Christmas do. Made with Schwartz Rosemary, which has been naturally dried for a robust, aromatic flavour, these gourmet-style bruschetta will taste like they took a lot more effort!

  • 2 butter, melted

  • 1 baguette white or seeded, thinly sliced.

  • 200 grams (7 ounces) fresh cranberries

  • 125 millilitre (4 fluid ounce) water

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 100 grams (4 ounces) sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary

  • 100 grams (4 ounces) brie

  • 1 Preheat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
  • 2 Brush both sides of the bread slices with butter and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • 3 In a pan, stir together the cranberries, balsamic vinegar, water, sugar, and Rosemary. Simmer a low heat 10 minutes.
  • 4 Top each bread with a slice of brie and a spoonful of the herbed cranberry mixture.
