  • For the Potato Wedges:

  • 675 gram (1 1/2 pounds) potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 2 teaspoon BBQ Seasoning

  • 1 packet Garlic & Herb Wedges

  • For the Meatballs:

  • 350 gram (12 ounce) minced pork

  • 4 teaspoon BBQ Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 450 millilitre (3/4 pint) passata or puréed tinned tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
  • 2 Mix the potato wedges with the oil and sprinkle over the Classic BBQ Seasoning. Place on a pre-heated baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes turning once during cooking.
  • 3 Meanwhile, mix the pork and 2 tsp Classic BBQ Seasoning together and form 8 balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and meatballs for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  • 4 Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil, transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 5 Serve with the potato wedges.
