Creamy Sausage and Sage Pie
Heat oil in a large pan and brown sausages, onion and Sage for 4-5 minutes. Blend cornflour with stock, mustard and honey. Add to pan. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Stir in the cream. Transfer to a serving dish. Top with mashed potato.
Place under a pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes.
