Creamy Sausage and Sage Pie

1 tablespoons oil

450 gram (1 pound) herb sausages

1 onion, sliced

2 teaspoon Dried Sage

4 teaspoon cornflour

450 millilitre (3/4 pint) chicken stock

1 tablespoons wholegrain mustard

1 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons double cream

675 gram (1 1/2 pounds) mashed potato

Instructions
- 1 Heat oil in a large pan and brown sausages, onion and Sage for 4-5 minutes. Blend cornflour with stock, mustard and honey. Add to pan. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Stir in the cream. Transfer to a serving dish. Top with mashed potato.
- 2 Place under a pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes.
