Sausages taste delicious in this Creamy Leek & Mustard Sauce, a quick and easy meal for all the family to enjoy.
Brown the sausages in a pan on a low heat for around 10 minutes, drain fat, remove and set aside.
Add leeks and butter and fry until softened.
Return sausages to the pan, stir in remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes then serve.
