Sausages taste delicious in this Creamy Leek & Mustard Sauce, a quick and easy meal for all the family to enjoy.

  • Brown the sausages in a pan on a low heat for around 10 minutes, drain fat, remove and set aside.

  • Add leeks and butter and fry until softened.

  • Return sausages to the pan, stir in remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes then serve.
