Ingredients
  • 450 gram (1 pound) sausages

  • 325 gram (11 ounce) leeks

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 15 gram (½ ounce) butter

  • 200 millilitre (7 fluid ounce) creme fraiche

  • 25 gram (1 ounce) wholgrain mustard

  • 1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon Black and Red Pepper

  • splash white wine (optional)

Instructions

  • 1 Brown the sausages in a pan on a low heat for around 10 minutes, drain fat, remove and set aside.
  • 2 Add leeks and butter and fry until softened.
  • 3 Return sausages to the pan, stir in remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes then serve.
