A quick and easy idea to enjoy making and eating with the children, this recipe combines focaccia bread with a delicious and herby tomato topping, spicy chorizo sausage and black olives.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions, tomatoes and Italian Herb Seasoning. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Slice the bread in half widthways to give 2 large thin pieces. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven and spoon the tomato mixture over. Top with the remaining ingredients, drizzle with oil and bake for 12 minutes.
