Thai Pork with Almonds
Ingredients
4 teaspoon sesame oil
675 gram (1 1/2 pound) pork fillet, diced
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
1 large courgette, diced
3 teaspoon Thai 7 Spice
3 tablespoons rice wine or medium sherry
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
75 gram (3 ounce) flaked almonds, toasted
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir fry the pork for 4-5 minutes until golden. Add the spring onions, courgette and Thai 7 Spice Seasoning and cook for a further 1 minute.
- 2 Add the rice wine, soy sauce and almonds and continue to stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until the meat is tender.
