Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
  • 2 Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the cream, Crushed Chillies, lemon juice, Basil, Parsley and Paprika. Gently heat through on the stove, season to taste, then pour over the salmon.
  • 4 Delicious served with green beans and tomatoes.
