Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the cream, Crushed Chillies, lemon juice, Basil, Parsley and Paprika. Gently heat through on the stove, season to taste, then pour over the salmon.
Delicious served with green beans and tomatoes.
