Bubble and squeak is a great recipe for using up your Sunday lunch leftovers and is made delicious with lashings of Schwartz Roast Turkey Gravy.
Ingredients
1 tablespoons olive oil
450 gram (1 pound) cooked roasted potatoes, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
200 gram (7 ounce) cooked meat, chopped
225 gram (8 ounce) cooked vegetables, such as sprouts, carrots, parsnips
1 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder
1 packet Roast Turkey Gravy
Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat a large non-stick frying pan and add the oil. Fry the potatoes and onions together for 5 minutes.
- 2 Add the meat, vegetables and Chilli Cooking Paste and fry for a further 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 3 Make the gravy following the packet instructions and serve with the bubble & squeak.
