Caraway Spiced Potatoes
Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Fry the spices for 2-3 minutes. Saute the potatoes in the spice mixture for about 10 minutes until crisp.
Season with salt, sprinkle with Coriander Leaf and serve hot or cold.
Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes until cooked but still firm.
