Cheesy Baked Potatoes

4 large baking potatoes

175 gram (6 ounce) Cheddar cheese, grated

75 gram (3 ounce) cream cheese

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Granules

Salt and pepper

2 tablespoons Chives

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Bake the potatoes for 1¼ hours until tender. Cool slightly before halving.
- 3 Scoop out the filling and mix with the remaining ingredients. Place filling back into the potato skins and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
