Mashed potatoes flavoured with Saffron and Garlic.
1 pinch Saffron Spice , , lightly crushed
450 gram (1 pound) potatoes, cubed
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 tablespoons olive oil
25 gram (1 ounce) Cheddar cheese, grated
4 tablespoons milk
STEP 1: Add the Saffron strands to the water and cook the potatoes until tender. Drain.
STEP 2: Mash the potatoes with the Garlic Granules, Sea Salt, olive oil, cheese and milk, until well puréed.
