A rich and creamy recipe mix with thyme and garlic for a mouth-watering potato bake.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
Mix sachet contents with milk and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until thickened, stirring continuously.
Layer potatoes in an ovenproof dish and pour over sauce. Cook for 1½ hours, or until potatoes are cooked through.
Serve with gammon, sausages or lamb.
