  • 1 sachet Dauphinoise Potato Bake

  • 600 millilitre (1 pint) milk

  • 900 gram (2 pound) potatoes, peeled and finely sliced

Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
  • 2 Mix sachet contents with milk and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until thickened, stirring continuously.
  • 3 Layer potatoes in an ovenproof dish and pour over sauce. Cook for 1½ hours, or until potatoes are cooked through.
  • 4 Serve with gammon, sausages or lamb.
