Garlic & Parsley Carrots

450 gram (1 pound) carrots, cut into thin sticks
5 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 teaspoon Flat Leaf Parsley
knob of butter
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Add the remaining 1 tbs water, Schwartz Garlic Granules, Schwartz Parsley and a knob of butter. Mix until the butter has melted and all the carrots are well coated.
- 2 In a wok or large frying pan heat the carrots with 4 tbs water. Once simmering reduce the heat and continue to cook for 6 minutes.
