Moroccan Roasted Vegetables
Roasted peppers and onions served with a blend including sesame, sumac and thyme.
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
- 2 Place the vegetables onto a baking tray, drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle over the Zaatar and toss. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until softened and browned.
- 3 Delicious served with grilled meat.
