  • Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.

  • Place the peppers and onions onto a baking tray, drizzle with the olive oil and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until softened and browned.

  • Sprinkle generously with the Perfect Shake Sesame Seed, Coriander & Cumin Special Blend and serve immediately
