Mushrooms with Garlic Crumbs
Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
350 gram (12 ounce) flat field mushrooms, sliced thickly
40 gram (1 1/2 ounce) butter
75 gram (3 ounce) fresh breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoon lemon juice
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the mushrooms until softened.
- 2 Meanwhile melt the butter in another pan and stir in the breadcrumbs, Minced Garlic, Parsley and Parmesan.
- 3 Arrange the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Top with the breadcrumb mixture and grill under a moderate grill for about 5 minutes until topping is brown and crispy.
