Winter vegetables seasoned with a Spicy Italian Special Blend and olive oil, then roasted in the oven until tender and golden.
Ingredients
350 gram (12 ounce) baby new potatoes
400 gram (14 ounce) pumpkin, peeled, seeds removed and cubed
1 red onion, cut into wedges
2 tomatoes, deseeded and roughly chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Spicy Italian Seasoning
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Combine the vegetables together in a roasting dish, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle over the Perfect Shake Spicy Italian Special Blend.
- 3 Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
