Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
- Delicious with roast turkey and all the trimmings. Try adding chestnuts and double cream towards the end of cooking for a richer sauce.
- 1 Fry the bacon in a large pan for 45 minutes, until golden and crispy. Drain the excess oil.
- 2 Stir the sprouts into the pan. Cover, reduce the heat and cook for 810 minutes, until softened. 3. Stir in the sachet contents and water, cook for a further minute, until sprouts are tender.
