Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

  • Fry the bacon in a large pan for 4­5 minutes, until golden and crispy. Drain the excess oil.

  • Stir the sprouts into the pan. Cover, reduce the heat and cook for 8­10 minutes, until softened. 3. Stir in the sachet contents and water, cook for a further minute, until sprouts are tender.

Cooking tip

Delicious with roast turkey and all the trimmings. Try adding chestnuts and double cream towards the end of cooking for a richer sauce.
