Usage Tips
For our recipe you will need...
175g (6oz) streaky bacon, chopped
450g (1lb) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 50ml (2fl oz) water
Directions...
1. Fry the bacon in a large pan for 4-5 minutes, until golden and crispy. Drain the excess oil.
2. Stir the sprouts into the pan. Cover, reduce the heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, until softened.
3. Stir in the sachet contents and water, cook for a further minute, until sprouts are tender.
For a little inspiration...
Delicious with roast turkey and all the trimmings. Try adding chestnuts and double cream towards the end of cooking for a richer sauce.
