Stuffed Mushrooms

6 large flat mushrooms

1 tablespoons olive oil

100 gram (4 ounce) Cheddar cheese, grated

4 spring onions, chopped

½ teaspoon Garlic Granules

2 teaspoon Flat Leaf Parsley

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the grill.
- 2 Brush the mushrooms with oil, season and place gill side down under the grill for 5 minutes.
- 3 Meanwhile mix the cheese with the spring onions, Garlic and Parsley. Season well with Black Pepper and Salt to taste. Turn the mushrooms over and fill with the cheese mixture. Grill for 5 minutes.
- 4 Serve with a mixed herb salad, cherry tomatoes and crusty bread.
