Vegetable Chow Mein

A quick and easy vegetable stir fry with egg noodles.

  • STEP 1: Prepare the noodles according to the pack instructions, drain and rinse.

  • STEP 2: Heat the sesame oil in a wok, fry the pepper, mushrooms, mangetout, spring onions and bean sprouts for 4-5 minutes.

  • STEP 3: Combine the Garlic Granules, soy sauce and sherry and add to the wok with the noodles. Heat through for a further 2 minutes and serve.
