Our pilau rice seasoning is a perfectly balanced blend of cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric and a whole host of other punchy spices. Our pilau rice spices are ideal for cooking up traditional Indian sides to accompany bold curries or firm favourites like pilau kedgeree.
Salt, Red Bell Peppers, Ground Cinnamon (Cassia)(8%), Black Pepper, Cardamom (5%), Turmeric (5%), Bay Leaves, Onion Powder, Fennel Seed, Cloves, Natural Garlic Flavouring.
Add generously to taste.
We recommend adding one teaspoon of pilau rice seasoning per serving. To release the full flavour of the spices, fry gently in a little oil before adding rice or couscous.
