Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Thiamin (Vitamin B1)), Modified Starch, Flavourings (contains Barley, Wheat), Cream Powder (7%)(from Milk), Skimmed Milk Powder, Garlic Powder (6%), Salt, Fat Powder (Sunflower Oil, Lactose (from Milk), Milk Protein), Onion Powder, Protein Enriched Whey Powder (from Milk), Dried Mushrooms (2%), Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Rapeseed Oil, Black Pepper, Flavour Enhancers (Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate).

No hydrogenated fat, artificial colours, added preservatives or MSG.

Usage Tips
For OUR RECIPE you will need …

1 sachet Schwartz Garlic, Mushroom & Cream Sauce Mix
300ml (½ pint) semi-skimmed milk

Directions …

1. Mix sachet contents with milk.  Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously.  Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.

2. Serve immediately.

Additional Usage

Microwave (800W) …
Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only.
Empty sachet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Mix in milk. Heat on full power for 4 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. Stir well and ensure piping hot before serving.

Hints & Tips …

Great served over roast or pan-fried chicken breasts. For a quick vegetable bake pour the prepared sauce over a selection of cooked mixed vegetables. Top with grated cheese and grill.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
