Spicy Minced Beef Tacos
Fry the minced beef and onion until browned. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
Blend in the stock, seasonings and tomato purée. Add the green pepper and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Stir occasionally.
Divide the mince mixture between the taco shells, top with lettuce and tomato and finish with a little soured cream, mayonnaise or grated cheese.
