Chinese Chicken & Ribs
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Place the chicken in a large roasting tin and pour over the sauce. Cook for 15 minutes. At the same time, boil the ribs in unsalted water for 15 minutes. Drain. Add to the roasting tin. Stir well to coat. Cook for a further 30 minutes stirring half-way through.
