Chinese Sticky Pork
- 1 Tip all the marinade ingredients into a shallow dish and stir to combine. Coat the pork in the marinade, cover and leave to marinade for 20 minutes, or for best results overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 3 Heat an ovenproof pan over a high-heat and sear the pork on all sides. Pour over the remaining marinade and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Continue to baste the pork occasionally during the cooking process.
- 4 Serve with sticky rice and Pak Choi.
