A rustic Spanish, tomato and chicken dish with Oregano, Smoked Paprika and Thyme.
Add the tomato purée, water and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Season to taste.
Serve with rice.
Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken and bacon for 7-8 minutes until browned.
Toss in the pepper and add the Smoked Paprika, Minced Garlic, Oregano, Thyme and Fennel Seeds. Cook for a further minute.
