Chocolate and chilli are a great flavour combination. Try these truffles with a bite.
Break up the chocolate into small pieces. Place in a bowl over a pan of lightly simmering water, along with the butter.
Heat until the chocolate has melted, then stir in the brandy and Crushed Chillies. Set the mixture to one side for half an hour, then allow the mixture to chill in the fridge for an hour.
Shape the mixture into balls using the palm of your hand and gently roll in the cocoa powder.
