Spiced Chocolate Mousse

A delicously light, soft and creamy chocolate mousse delicately spiced for a luxurious flavour.

  • Gently melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.

  • In a large bowl, stir together the yoghurt, sugar, brandy and spices. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir thoroughly until smooth.

  • Softly whip the double cream and fold it into the chocolate mixture. Spoon into 4 glass containers and chill for 1 hour before serving. Decorate with chocolate curls.
