A delicously light, soft and creamy chocolate mousse delicately spiced for a luxurious flavour.
Gently melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
In a large bowl, stir together the yoghurt, sugar, brandy and spices. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir thoroughly until smooth.
Softly whip the double cream and fold it into the chocolate mixture. Spoon into 4 glass containers and chill for 1 hour before serving. Decorate with chocolate curls.
