Spiced Chocolate Mousse

100 gram (4 ounce) good quality plain chocolate, broken into pieces

20 gram (1 ounce) unsalted butter

225 gram (8 ounce) Greek natural yoghurt

25 gram (1 ounce) caster sugar

1 tablespoons brandy

1 pinch Ground Allspice

1 pinch Ground Ginger

1 pinch Cinnamon Ground

75 millilitre (3 fluid ounce) carton double cream

Instructions
- 1 Gently melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
- 2 In a large bowl, stir together the yoghurt, sugar, brandy and spices. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir thoroughly until smooth.
- 3 Softly whip the double cream and fold it into the chocolate mixture. Spoon into 4 glass containers and chill for 1 hour before serving. Decorate with chocolate curls.
