Salmon fillets pan-fried with peppers, courgettes and tomatoes and flavoured with a sprinkling of Cajun Special Blend combining chilli powder, allspice, ginger, coriander seed, cumin and thyme. A quick and easy meal for two.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the salmon fillets, skin side-up, cover and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the lid, flip the salmon over gently and add the courgettes, peppers and tomatoes to the pan. Cover and cook for a further 5-6 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
Sprinkle over the Perfect Shake Cajun Special Blend and cook for a further minute.
Delicious served with sautéed potatoes.
