Fresh mackerel is a delicious and simple fish when flavoured with special spices and cooked quickly under a hot grill.
Combine the coconut cream, COOK ART Spice Blend, lime juice and Turmeric in a large bowl.
Cut 3 diagonal slits in each side of the mackerel down to the bone to allow the marinade to penetrate right into the centre.
Add the mackerel to the bowl and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinade.
Pre-heat the grill to hot and grill the mackerel for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting frequently, until browned and cooked through. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
